Standard Shipping Costs
Shipping within Slovenia costs 5 € for all orders. For orders outside Slovenia, the shipping cost is calculated at checkout based on the destination country and the selected shipping method. The final shipping fee will be clearly displayed before completing the purchase.
Express delivery is available upon request, with pricing confirmed according to the destination.
For larger orders or multiple items, shipping costs may vary depending on the total weight of the shipment. Priority shipping guarantees faster processing, but delivery times still depend on the destination and courier service. All shipments are subject to product availability.
Dispatch Times
All orders will be dispatched within 1–2 business days after receipt of payment, regardless of destination. During peak periods or for personalized items, dispatch may take up to 72 hours.

For priority shipping, please contact us. With priority shipping, the estimated delivery time is approximately 5 business days from the date the order is placed.
Shipping Method
Standard shipments are sent via Pošta Slovenije. Priority shipments are delivered via DHL or a comparable courier service.
Tracking information will be provided when available.
Payment and Order Processing
Orders paid via bank transfer or other accepted payment methods will be dispatched 1–2 business days after payment is received.
Customers can request a specific dispatch date, which will be coordinated and confirmed upon order approval.
Taxes and Duties
Slovenia and EU: RACKun is not a VAT-registered business. Prices do not include VAT, and no VAT is charged on shipments.
International (Non-EU) Orders: Customers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, or other fees that may be applied by their country.
The organizer will notify customers of any changes in shipping costs or applicable fees before dispatch.
