Order Cancellation

You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it by email: rackun.bike@gmail.com. Please contact us as soon as possible to initiate the cancellation.

Product Complaints / Defects

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 8 days of receiving the item. You can contact us by email at rackun.bike@gmail.com or by phone at +38670848094.

Complaints can only be made by the person listed as the purchaser on the original invoice. The warranty will not apply in the following cases:

-Damage resulting from improper use, negligent handling, mechanical damage, or force majeure.

-Unauthorized modifications to the product, such as alterations or the use of non-original components.

-Improper operation or damage caused by negligent handling.

Returning Products

If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return the goods at your own expense within 14 days from the date you received them. We recommend using registered mail for returns to ensure traceability.

The provider will refund the full purchase price. When withdrawing from the contract, the consumer is only responsible for the cost of returning the goods. Returns are governed by Article 43 of the Consumer Protection Act.

Returns are accepted only if the goods are returned in their original, undamaged packaging along with all original documentation. If the goods are damaged, spoiled, lost, or reduced in quantity, the consumer is responsible for any reduction in value caused by handling beyond what is necessary to check the nature, characteristics, and functionality of the product.

Refunds will be processed as soon as possible, and no later than 14 days after we receive your return or notice of contract withdrawal. Refunds will be made to the customer’s bank account.
